Our executive chef, Keith Dahlberg, himself struggled with addiction for more than 30 years, beginning his recovery journey in 2020. After retiring from the medical field, he began pursuing his passion for the culinary arts. As our executive chef, Keith uses nutritional knowledge from his RN experience to prepare menus promoting holistic healing. Keith is always mindful of the part nutrition plays in the spectrum of healing, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
